Introduction to the旁通Pressure-BalancedBellowsTypeExpansionJoint
Two working bellows connected by a working corrugated tube or intermediate tube, a balancing bellows, tie rods, and other structural components make up this assembly. Primarily used for absorbing combined axial and lateral displacements and balancing the pressure thrust of bellows. Our bypass pressure-balanced bellows expansion joints are optimized with the American EJMA standard. They are widely applied in smelting, power plants, industrial equipment manufacturing, and the connection of engineering pipeline systems, effectively ensuring high safety performance for pressure pipelines during the transportation of various harmful, toxic, flammable, and explosive media, thus preventing leaks and pollution that could affect the environment of oceans, skies, and factories. The product features include high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, and wear resistance.

Performance characteristics of the bypass pressure-balanced bellows expansion joint:
The expansion joints are divided into single bypass pressure-balanced and double bypass pressure-balanced types, both using the same specification bellows, featuring small volume, low cost, good guidance, and stability. They are primarily used to absorb axial displacement and balance the pressure thrust of the bellows, with internal pressure thrust loads being balanced and supported by the components themselves, suitable for applications where significant thrust is not permitted. This compensator is mainly used for compensating the axial displacement of piping systems, but cannot absorb lateral or angular displacements. One set of bellows withstands internal pressure, while another set withstands external pressure. The medium flows through one set of bellows to the other end of the pipe, following a curved path, thus the compensator has a higher flow resistance, making it suitable for straight pipe systems with high medium pressure, low density, moderate flow rates, and difficult fixed support installations. This compensator has the advantages of large compensation capacity and no internal pressure thrust, but it is more expensive, so it is recommended not to install too many of these compensators on the same pipeline.
The bypass pressure-balanced bellows expansion joint is mainly used in situations where fixed supports are not required, effectively protecting equipment and pipelines from deformation.
