Product Overview
The stainless steel flexible shock-absorbing bellows compensator is a new patented product developed by our company after years of research, tailored to market demands. It optimally combines stainless steel with rubber, creating a durable and environmentally friendly solution that balances strength and flexibility. Widely used in the inlet and outlet of central air conditioning pumps, fire pumps, and domestic water supply pumps, it effectively reduces vibration of the main unit, absorbs pipeline noise, protects equipment, and extends the service life of the equipment. It boasts features such as durability, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and environmental friendliness. It effectively addresses the issues of unsanitary conditions, aging, unstable pressure resistance, and easy delamination and tearing that are associated with old-style rubber joints, alleviating concerns in pump rooms.
Application Scope
1. Imports and exports of various pumps, valves, and air compressors.
2. Various fire protection piping, air conditioning piping, steam piping, etc.
3. General factory piping and applications requiring flexible connections.
4. Potable water piping and hygienic environments.
5. Equipment piping required for vibration reduction and thermal expansion compensation.

Structural Features:
1. The bellows is shaped into an "S" wave, offering high flexibility and rigidity, with no stress concentration.
2. This product features flanged connections from DN32 to DN80 with loose-lug design, particularly employing ringless welding structure above DN100 to avoid cold working hardening. It effectively addresses the brittleness of the bellows welding points, reducing the risk of breakage and leakage. This extends the service life of the bellows.
3. The flange edge features three to four evenly distributed bowl-shaped bosses, which are designed to be paired with rods to enhance the working pressure of the bellows.
4. Each bowl-shaped boss is fitted with a shock-absorbing rubber pad to prevent vibration waves from being transmitted through the rod, thereby enhancing the product's noise absorption from piping and reducing vibration performance.
5. Telescopic Structure: Screws with nuts on both sides connect to the central tube-shaped nut, which adjusts the length of the bellows and limits its expansion/contraction. Easy to install.
Selection Instructions:
This product is suitable for flexible connections between various pumps, valves, and pipelines for import and export.
2. This product is a replacement for rubber shock absorber (soft joint); easy to install, use, and maintain.
3. Operating temperature: -196°C to 450°C; please specify if the temperature exceeds this range when placing an order.
4. The product can be selected in various lengths to suit actual needs.
5. This product boasts excellent shock absorption and noise reduction capabilities, capable of absorbing thermal displacement in pipelines with minimal force on the equipment.
Installation and Usage Instructions:
Do not scratch or damage the bellows during installation. Strictly prohibit welding spatter from burning the bellows, and do not damage the flange sealing surface.
2. The weight of pumps, valves, and pipes must be supported separately; they must not be added to the compensator to avoid affecting its normal operation.
3. The rod on the compensator is a load-bearing rod, designed to withstand the thrust of the medium's internal pressure and is not removable.
4. Do not arbitrarily alter the original length of the product during installation to avoid affecting its service life.
Before pressure testing, ensure that the pipe's mounting brackets are properly installed to prevent resonance during operation and to avoid excessive expansion and contraction of the flexible bellows, which may affect the product's service life.
