Model Description:
GB/T 7253-1987 and JB 9681-1999 standards specifications (old models):
XP - Standard Type Disk Shaped Suspend Type Porcelain Insulator
XWP - Non-stick Dish-Type Suspended Porcelain Insulator
XHP -污染耐性钟罩伞形盘式悬挂式瓷绝缘子
XMP - Hat-shaped, Anti-soiling, Spherical Suspension Ceramic Insulator
Number 1, 2, 3... are the design sequence numbers.
"—" followed by the number indicates the rated mechanical and electrical breakdown load value, kN.
The "C" following the kN value indicates a slot-type connection structure, "T" denotes a socket-cap-flange connection structure, and the spherical socket connection is not indicated.
GB/T 7253-2005 Standard Specification (New Model):
U - Suspended Insulator
The number following "U" indicates the specified mechanical or mechanical failure load value, in kN.
B or C indicates ball joint or slot connection.
S or L denotes short or long structural height, M represents medium-long, and EL indicates extra-long.
P indicates the large climbing distance.
Note: The naming method for insulator codes in the State Grid Corporation of China's bidding documents is as follows:
1. U70B/146: U—suspended type, 70kN, B—socket connection, standard type, 146—height of structure
2. U100BP/155D: U—suspended, 100kN, B—socket connection, P—anti-corrosion, 155—structure height, D—double umbrella
3. U160BP/170T: U-hanging, 160kN, B-ball joint connection, P-foulproof, 170-structural height, T-tri-umbrella
4. U70C(N)/200: U-hanging type, 70kN, C-slot connection, CN-tension-resistant, ground wire insulator.
