Currently, most bank branches rely on a single AC220V AC UPS as backup power supply for all their self-service machines, business equipment, security devices, and network equipment. When a power outage occurs at a branch, the UPS activates to provide power, but it cannot differentiate between self-service machines, business equipment, security devices, or network equipment, let alone identify the surveillance, alarm, and access control systems among the security devices for optimal battery power distribution. Consequently, all devices are powered down once the battery runs out. Due to the inability to shut off high-power consuming devices promptly, the battery power depletes quickly, failing to meet the requirement for the access control system to operate normally for 48 hours after a power outage.
This 48-hour access control power supply is designed and produced to meet the backup power requirements of GA38-2021, ensuring that the access control system can operate normally for 48 hours after a power outage.
