To prevent the UPS from operating in BYPASS MODE without powering on, which could lead to a power outage, both the UPS and the equipment will shut down abnormally. The C1K(S)~3K(S) models input standard AC power and have default no-bypass output. The UPS must be powered on to produce normal inverter output. However, the configuration can be changed to "AC power with bypass output" via the WinPower2000 software on the Shanghai Zhi Ren website.

· Auto-start feature
When the main power is abnormal, the UPS will switch to battery power until shutdown. Upon the main power returning to normal, the Castle series UPS will automatically start up and resume normal power supply without requiring manual startup by the user.
