ZMK ⅡThe Series Distributed DC Power Supply is a new type of DC power supply equipment, primarily used in small switch stations and user ends. It provides a reliable uninterrupted power supply for secondary control circuits (such as intelligent terminals like microcomputer protection and indicator lights, analog indicators, etc.), preventing the loss of protection function of microcomputer protection during AC power failure. It also addresses issues caused by overvoltage and harmonics that lead to the failure of UPS and subsequently the failure of microcomputer protection. Additionally, it can supply DC operating power to primary switching equipment that meets power requirements (such as spring mechanism vacuum circuit breakers, permanent magnet mechanism vacuum circuit breakers, and motorized load switches, etc.).
ZMK ⅡThe series of distributed DC power supplies feature both AC input and PT input options, with output specifications ranging from DC220V to DC24V. They cater to various application scenarios. The maximum output power of the unit reaches 600W, meeting the demands of different loads.

4.4 Battery Charging and Discharging
The unit is externally powered by 2x12V batteries. In the event of an AC power outage, it ensures continuous DC power supply. The specific backup time is determined by the battery capacity and load size. When the battery voltage drops too low or rises too high, the unit emits an alarm signal and automatically stops the DC output to protect the battery. When AC power is restored, the unit automatically resumes DC power supply and can fully recharge the batteries within 72 hours.

5. Product Features
(1) Dispersed installation; saves land area and reduces construction cost
Based on the distributed design philosophy,ZMK ⅡSeries of distributed DC power supply units are directly installed in the instrument cabinet of an intelligent switchgear (or the electric operation box of an outdoor unit), which can save the floor space of the DC screen.
Due to the power source being located within the switchgear, it reduces the cable usage, saving on initial equipment investment and cable installation labor; with a low total count, its total price is lower than the DC screen system, thus lowering the overall project cost; simultaneously, during operation, it reduces line loss and spare parts, saving on operational costs.
(2) Distributed power supply method, reliability greatly enhanced
The supply is distributed, so when one circuit malfunctions, the power units in other circuits are unaffected, preventing the entire station from losing operational power due to a single fault. Compared to a centralized power supply DC screen, its overall reliability is significantly enhanced.
This product boasts high automation, requiring minimal specialized knowledge from the operator during routine operations. Operation can be performed by following the instructions in this user manual.
