High-Angle Elevator Vehicle Features:
1. Lifting Arm: Four telescopic sections with length sensors installed. In case of exceeding the safe operating angle and height controlled by the PLG during operation, the sensor will automatically alarm. The lifting angle and working height are automatically displayed on the electrical control panel, clearly visible. Single hydraulic lifting cylinder with a bi-directional balance valve installed for stable and reliable arm operation. The vehicle is not equipped with a crane hook.
2. Four hydraulic legs: Each leg is equipped with a leg extension sensor and a bi-directional hydraulic lock installed separately. Its functions are: to ensure that the legs do not retract automatically after being lowered; if they are not fully extended or not extended at all, an alarm will sound, and the leg locking mechanism will prevent operation, ensuring safe operation. The leg control valve is manual, allowing each of the four legs to be controlled individually.
3. The center rotates 360 degrees, featuring dual-position operation on the rotating and working buckets, controlled by PLC electrical control (consisting of two electrical control boxes).
4. Work Bucket: Capable of horizontal and vertical movement for easy operation. The work bucket has a load limit of 200kg.
5. Equipped with a power unit, which means that in the event of a main vehicle malfunction, this power unit can be used for emergency purposes. It can also achieve the extension of the arm and the telescoping of the legs. This action is equipped with a manual switch and an electric control switch, offering flexible operation.

During rotation, the linkage mechanism automatically maintains the height of the working slot. In case of a main pump failure, the emergency pump can be operated to lower the working slot, with heavy night lighting. The legs of the car are separate, adjustable, and can ensure the vehicle remains level on uneven terrain. The entire vehicle is easy to move and suitable for narrow streets, small alleys, and dead-end lanes. The product is widely used in the high-altitude fields such as electricity, street lighting, municipal, gardens, communication, airports, ship repair, transportation, advertising, filming, and more.
