Aerial Work Platform Safety Management Standards:
1. Tools, equipment, cables, water pipes, etc., used for suspended work at heights must have reliable fall protection measures.
2. Rental companies for suspended equipment must ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment, provide a safety permit and a safety performance inspection report, and simultaneously sign a rental contract, taking responsibility for the safety performance of the rented equipment.
3. Individuals with heart conditions, acrophobia, or other conditions unsuitable for high-altitude work are prohibited from performing suspended work at heights to prevent any accidental incidents.
4. Special Situation Safety Precautions: No高空作业 is allowed during severe weather conditions such as thick fog, heavy rain, heavy snow, strong winds (wind speed of 10.8 m/s, equivalent to gusts of 6 on the Beaufort scale), and when there is no lighting at night. Simultaneous work in the same vertical direction is prohibited. Operation is strictly forbidden within a 10-meter radius from high-voltage lines without special safety measures.
5. Special labor protection products such as suspended operation equipment, electrical and mechanical safety accessories, safety devices, safety ropes, and safety belts must comply with national or industry safety standards. Each suspended equipment unit should establish a product and usage, inspection, maintenance, and repair file.
6. In cases where suspended equipment cannot be used due to building structure limitations, relevant safety technical measures must be implemented. After the project manager signs off, only then can operations with seated ladder platforms or suspension devices that have passed safety technical inspections be utilized. Ensuring everyone's personal safety is the first step towards success and guarantees the company's good development.

Aerial Work Platform Performance and Applications:
Operational controls are installed both within the hopper and on the swivel seat, allowing for remote control of the engine's start/stop and high/low speeds. The movement of the control arm is controlled by an electro-hydraulic proportional valve, ensuring smooth operation. The working arm can rotate continuously 360° left and right, maintaining the level of the work slot automatically through a linkage mechanism. In the event of a main pump failure, the emergency pump can be operated to lower the work slot. The product is equipped with night lighting and is capable of lifting heavy loads. It is widely used in high-altitude operations across various fields such as power, street lighting, municipal works, landscaping, telecommunications, airports, shipbuilding (repair), transportation, advertising, and photography.

Key operational features of the aerial work platform:
1. Wide stance legs for great stability and versatility in various working conditions.
2. Performance optimization, multi-functional, safe and reliable, compact design; maximum working height of 18 meters, and a working range of 8.6 meters.
3. The reversing mechanism drives the turntable for a 360° rotation, conveniently and accurately transporting workers involved in high-altitude operations safely to their work site.
4. Equipped with 2-ton capacity lifting devices; operating heights vary from 6 to 38 meters. Suitable for: construction, landscaping, aerial photography, engineering projects, industrial installation, equipment maintenance, factory maintenance, property management, ship power, airports, convention centers, hotels, skyscrapers, bridges, and other industries involving manufacturing, installation, inspection, and special maintenance.

Cautionary Notes for Operating a High Reach Vehicle's Power Take-Off. Before operating the power take-off, ensure the hand brake is engaged. Then, shift the gear lever to neutral, press the clutch pedal, and pull the power take-off switch to mesh the power take-off gears with the transmission gears. After that, gradually release the clutch pedal to start the oil pump. Once the oil pump is running, check for any abnormal noises. Proceed to the next step only after confirming normal operation.
