Product Overview
Spiral plate heat exchangers are highly efficient heat exchange devices suitable for gas-gas, gas-liquid, and liquid-liquid applications, as well as for condensation and liquid evaporation heat transfer. This product boasts high heat transfer efficiency, strong self-cleaning ability of fouling, excellent energy-saving performance, compact size, affordable price, and reliable operation. It can be used in industries such as chemicals, petroleum, solvents, pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, textiles, metallurgy, rolling steel, and coking. They can be categorized into non-detachable (Type I) spiral plate heat exchangers and removable (Type II, III) spiral plate heat exchangers based on their structural design.
Basic Parameters
The nominal pressure PN of the spiral plate heat exchanger is specified as 0.6, 1, 1.6, and 2.5 MPa (equivalent to the original 6, 10, 16, and 25 kg/cm²), with the test pressure being 1.25 times the working pressure.
The material for the contact section of the spiral plate heat exchanger with the medium is carbon steel Q235A, Q235AF, and stainless acid steel SUS321, SUS304. Other materials can be selected according to customer requirements.
Operating Temperature Range: Carbon steel: t=0～+350°C, stainless steel and acid-resistant steel: t=-40～500°C, the temperature and pressure reduction range shall comply with the relevant regulations for pressure vessels. When selecting this equipment, appropriate process calculations should be performed to ensure the fluid in the equipment passage reaches turbulent flow. (Typically, liquid velocity: 1m/Sec, gas velocity: 10m/Sec).
A single unit of equipment does not meet the usage requirements; multiple units can be combined for use, but the combination must adhere to the following regulations:
Parallel and Series Combinations: Equipment and channel spacing are identical.
Mixed Configuration: One channel in parallel, one channel in series.
