BGL Type stainless steel finned tube

Product Overview
1Cr18Ni9Ti (Stainless Steel) air heat exchangers are an improvement over the original steel GLⅡ type finned tubes, addressing their shortcomings such as corrosion resistance, cleanliness, susceptibility to rust, and short lifespan. This enhancement in heat transfer coefficient allows them to replace other steam-type heat exchangers commonly used with copper or copper finned tubes, while maintaining the same external dimensions as the steel GLⅡ.
BGL type stainless steel finned tube, available in 2-row, 4-row, and 6-row configurations, as well as single-row and other non-standard shapes. Each model comes in various sizes. Here, only standard models and specifications are listed. The housing and seamless stainless steel tube (diameter 18×2mm) are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material. The finned tube is made of aluminum rolling, with an outer diameter of 38mm, a root diameter of 19mm, a fin height of 9.5mm, and a fin spacing of R fin (3mm), forming a spiral shape.
Finned tubes are connected to the intake and return headers using argon arc welding, with the weld joints being pickled and cleaned. The BGL type heat exchanger serves both as a heat exchanger and a cooler. Low-temperature water or brine can be introduced to cool the air, while high-temperature water or steam can be introduced to heat the air.
Due to the 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, it is suitable for any heating, air conditioning, cooling, dehumidification, and drying applications. It serves as an excellent and practical heater that is highly corrosion-resistant, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, ideal for industries such as dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical, and food processing.
The BGL type heat exchanger tubes undergo a hydrostatic test of 16 kg/sq cm, maintaining pressure for 15 minutes.
