One,Digital DisplayShore Durometer for RubberIntroduction:
This hardness tester is an instrument for measuring the hardness of rubber and plastic products, available in three types: A, D, and C. Type A and D are suitable for testing the hardness of low to medium and high-hardness rubber and plastic materials, respectively. Type C is used for testing the hardness of shoe micro-porous materials made from rubber and plastic containing foaming agents, when the compression rate is 50% and the stress is above 0.049 MPa. This hardness tester complies with the relevant provisions of GB/T531, GB2411, HG/T2489, and JB6148.
Section Two:Digital DisplayShore A Hardness Rubber DurometerKey Parameters:
1. Measurement Range: 0-100 Degrees
2. Measurement Error: ±1 degree within 20-90 degrees
3. Resolution: 0.1 degree
4. Needle Stroke: 0-2.5mm
5. Pin End Pressure: Type A, C: 0.55N-8.05N, Type D: 0-44.5N
3. Digital DisplayDurometer for rubber hardnessUsage Instructions:
Place the specimen on a solid, flat surface. Hold the hardness tester, ensuring the pressure foot is at least 12mm from the specimen edge, and apply it smoothly to the specimen. Allow the probe to penetrate vertically into the specimen until the pressure foot is in contact with the specimen, then read the value within 1 second. Measure the hardness value five times at different points at least 6mm apart from the measurement point. Calculate the average (for microporous materials, the points should be at least 15mm apart). To stabilize the measuring conditions and enhance precision, the hardness tester should be mounted on a matching model measuring stand for testing.
