1. Before use, check that all moving parts are functioning normally in terms of transmission and rotation. When not fitted with weights (but the weight shaft and retainer must be placed on the abrasive wheel bracket), the abrasive wheel should be in a vertical position.
2. The tilt angle of the tire shaft and the pressure exerted by the grinding wheel on the sample are important factors affecting the test results, and should be calibrated regularly.
Adjust the base of the testing machine to a level position during calibration.
