II. Structural Features:
1、Rubber Aging CabinetThe housing is made of cold-rolled thin steel plate, with the upper part for the laboratory and electrical control sections, and the lower part for the decelerating rotating mechanism.
2. The space between the laboratory and the housing is insulated with an insulating layer and a ventilation channel, using glass fiber as the insulating material to ensure the laboratory temperature is not affected by external influences, thereby maintaining constant temperature and sensitivity. The inner wall of the housing is coated with high-temperature silver powder paint. The central part of the laboratory is equipped with a sample turntable for aging tests, powered by an electric motor and a variable speed device. The turntable has two layers, capable of holding over 100 sample holders, and can also be removed to install a printed circuit board for use as a constant-temperature chamber. The circulating hot air enters the room through the wall holes on the left side of the laboratory, flows over the samples through the impeller of a blower, and then circulates through the ventilation channel. An exhaust device is installed in the circulation system to expel a portion of the air inside the laboratory to the outside. To adjust the exhaust volume, a regulatable exhaust valve is mounted at the rear of the housing.
