Section 3:Film BlasterStructure Overview

Blanking machinePrimarily composed of: handwheel (1), triple-threaded screw (2), limit screw (3), base (4), spring (5), shaft (6), shaft bracket (7), fixing screw (8), ring blade (9), platform (10), locating pin (11). (See Figure 1)

The body bore is fitted with a triple-threaded screw, the top of which features a handwheel for rotating the screw. Below the handwheel, there's a sliding shaft within the shaft bracket, which is tensioned at the top by a spring. At the bottom, the shaft bore can accommodate different types of cutting blades. Rotating the handwheel drives the sliding shaft of the triple-threaded screw, causing the cutting blade to move back and forth, achieving the purpose of piercing and cutting test pieces. The piercing and cutting stroke can be controlled by a limit screw.
