Three,Rubber Plate Vulcanizing MachineElectrical Control Systems:
The electrical system principle of the hydraulic plate vulcanizing machine is illustrated in the electrical diagram. The temperature controller regulates the heating plate temperature by controlling the contactor's on/off. YXC-150 electrical pressure gauge controls the working pressure and executes pressure compensation. A digital timer (up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds) accurately times the process. Upon reaching the set time, an alarm triggers the mold opening.
Principle:
1. Principle of Electrical Components
Upon power-on, pressing the start button QA activates the contactor KA2, intermediate relay KA1, and KA2 engages. The motor starts running, driving the oil pump to function. Molding is initiated or maintained. The YXC150 magnetic-assisted electrical pressure switch controls the working pressure. Upon reaching the set pressure, KA3 is energized to stop operation, and the timer relay begins timing. Due to the material in the mold flowing down after being heated and pressurized, pressure decreases when reaching the pressure补偿 point, and KA2 automatically reconnects for pressure compensation.
On the heating section, turn on the heating knob to control the temperature of the heating plate. The control gauge indicates the unit is in operation, and it will automatically adjust the temperature once it reaches the set temperature.
