Product Performance:

Mold Coating HS 6103, made from imported materials and formulated through special methods, is a beige (slightly yellow) paste-like, heat-resistant and adhesive coating. It does not wet aluminum and can be diluted with water for brushing onto various shaped refractory surfaces (such as troughs,分流 disks, filter boxes, or furnace linings). This effectively extends the service life of refractory materials. It can also be applied by spraying or brushing onto cast iron crucibles, graphite crucibles, iron spoons, and iron tools to protect the iron tools from corrosion by aluminum liquid and prevent the渗铁 elements from iron products into the aluminum liquid, ensuring the purity of the aluminum. It facilitates the removal of solidified aluminum shells and extends the life of the refractory materials.

Application Scope:

Cast iron crucibles, graphite crucibles, ladles, melting furnaces, aluminum trays, zinc trays,罩, chutes (channels), molds, and other iron tools as well as protective coatings for refractory surfaces in contact with metal liquids.
