This layer of silicon gel is a strong, breathable, glass-like substance with a needle-like structure, making its product a permanent part of the concrete rather than just a surface coating. Therefore, under conditions where only water and alkali are present, this process will continuously repeat until the concrete alkali-aggregate reaction occurs, and the sealed concrete can still "breathe." It is a high-tech, environmentally friendly, non-toxic polycarbonate active silicon dioxide. The permeating spray-type gel is applied to the concrete, where it undergoes a chemical reaction with the free alkali in the concrete to form a stable, dendritic gel. M1500 waterproofing agent is sprayed onto the concrete surface without altering or affecting its color and structure. It can prevent absorption of water, oils, petroleum, and acids, leaving the concrete surface alkali-free, dry, and smooth. Concrete protection
DPS Permanently Setting Liquid reacts chemically with free alkalis in concrete to form stable dendritic crystal gels, effectively blocking the microcracks and capillaries within the concrete, thereby providing long-lasting waterproofing, improved compactness, and higher compressive strength to the structure. It also enhances the breathability of concrete. Over time, concrete exposed to rain, salts, Ca2, and chemicals can gradually deteriorate and even lead to structural failure. DPS protects concrete from these influences. It penetrates up to 20-30mm deep and effectively prevents the erosion of concrete by acidic substances, oil stains, and engine oil.
To enhance the waterproofing effect, it is advisable to first apply a mortar and concrete protective layer to the base before spraying the permanent binder. This helps prevent piercing damage and resist ultraviolet radiation.
