The stacker uses a disc-type piling mechanism, featuring a unique piling method and proprietary intellectual property rights. Each piling ensures that every detail of the material is fully in contact with air, replenishing oxygen and expelling moisture. The contact area with the material is small, making maintenance convenient, the operation reliable, and the service life long.
The entire machine utilizes a large-span bridge structure, featuring two main series: longitudinal bridge and transverse bridge. The direction of material movement can be either perpendicular or parallel to the track. The longitudinal bridge structure ensures the material moves perpendicular to the track, with the equipment span meeting the requirements of the fermentation cycle. The length of the fermentation track can be selected within a certain range based on the processing capacity needs. Increasing the length of the fermentation track can multiply the output of the finished product.
