Product Overview

The reaction kettle is composed of the kettle body, lid, stirrer, electric heating oil clamp, support and transmission unit, shaft seal device, overflow oil trough, etc., and is equipped with an electric heating rod and temperature and pressure gauges.

Due to varying production processes and operational conditions among users, mixers are typically of anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or frame types. The support bases come in either suspended or support styles.

A heat-conductive oil is placed inside the jacket, which is heated by an electric heating rod. The jacket features openings for oil inlet and outlet, overflow measurement, venting, and connections for the electric heating rod and temperature measurement. The jacket's outer wall is welded with brackets, and the bottom of the pot is equipped with an outlet for discharging material.
