Steam/Thermal Oil Heated Reactor

Product Description

Steam/thermic oil heating reactors use steam as the heat source for heat exchange. By introducing boiler steam into the jacket of the reactor, the heat from the steam is transferred into the reactor, causing the materials inside to absorb heat and undergo reaction.

Thermal oil heating stainless steel reactors have better heat transfer efficiency due to water's higher specific heat capacity compared to oil. Under the same temperature control conditions, the medium heat transfer effect of water is superior. Water temperature machines use water as the medium, requiring only a connection to tap water, making them convenient to use and environmentally friendly. At normal atmospheric pressure, the boiling point of water is 100°C. Therefore, without applying pressure, the control temperature of water temperature machines can only be less than or equal to 100°C. In practical applications, by increasing the pipeline pressure, the control temperature of water temperature machines can be raised to 180°C, thereby expanding their range of application.
