Product Overview

Stainless steel reaction vessels are pressure vessels primarily used for completing physical and chemical reactions, such as reactors, oxidizers, decomposers, polymerizers, and crystallizers. Heating methods include electric, steam, thermal oil, and infrared; cooling is achieved through jacket, external spiral tubes, and internal spiral tubes, with speeds ranging from 0 to 1000 r/min variable frequency control. The type of impeller blade can be selected according to customer requirements. Materials may include carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum alloys, duplex steel, and their composite materials.

According to the different sealing types of the stainless steel reaction kettle, they can be categorized into: packed seal, mechanical seal, and magnetic seal.

According to the manufacturing structure of the stainless steel reactor, they can be divided into three major categories: open flat cover reactors, open socket welding large flange reactors, and closed reactors. Each structure has its specific application range and its own advantages and disadvantages.
