Product Overview:

     LPGAn overview of the high-speed centrifugal spray dryer is a drying equipment suitable for the drying of liquids such as emulsions, suspensions, pastes, and solutions. It is particularly remarkable in the drying of polymers and resins; fuels and pigments; ceramics, glass, rust removers, and insecticides; carbohydrates and dairy products; detergents and surfactants; fertilizers; organic and inorganic compounds.

Operating Principle:

    Air passes through a filter and heater, entering the air distributor at the top of the drier, where it uniformly enters in a spiral pattern. The liquid material is pumped from the liquid槽 through a filter to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the drier, where it is atomized into very fine mist droplets. The liquid material and hot air are in parallel flow contact, allowing moisture to evaporate rapidly, drying into finished product in an extremely short time. The finished product is discharged from the bottom of the drier tower and the cyclone separator, while the exhaust gas is exhausted by the fan.
