This series of micro and ultra-fine grinding machines consists of the main machine, auxiliary equipment, and electrical control, featuring a compact design and rational structure, with options for airflow, sieveless and meshless operation. The machine is equipped with a grading mechanism for one-time completion of crushing and grading. Negative pressure conveying continuously exhausts heat generated during the crushing process, making it suitable for grinding heat-sensitive materials. The machine has a wide range of application, allows for adjustable particle size during continuous production, and can handle the crushing and grading of various materials such as chemicals, food, dyes, resins, and shells.
Operating Principle:
Materials are conveyed into the crushing chamber via a hopper and spiral conveyor, where they are sheared into powder by high-speed blades. The powdered materials are then transported to a cyclone separator using negative pressure air, with the bag filter and discharged material meeting product specifications.
