FGThe principle of the series of dryers involves a two-step process for drying wet materials. The raw materials are first subjected to a primary pressure drying using a mixture of high-temperature, low-moisture exhaust gas from the secondary drying and supplementary hot air. The high-moisture, low-temperature exhaust gas is then discharged outside the machine. The semi-finished products after the first drying are dried in a secondary vacuum drying using fresh hot air. The dried finished products are then measured and packaged, completing a good cyclic drying process. The supplementary hot air can be adjusted as needed, making the machine highly versatile.
