Boiling Dryer, also known as a fluidized bed, consists of an air filter, a boiling bed main unit, a cyclone separator, a bag dust collector, a high-pressure centrifugal blower, and an operation console. Depending on the properties of the dried material, dust removal equipment can be selected as needed, including both a cyclone separator and a bag dust collector, or just one of them. Generally, for denser granular and particle materials, only a cyclone separator is required. For lighter, granular and powdered materials, a bag dust collector is necessary, with options for pneumatic feeding equipment and belt conveyors.
The granular solid material is added to the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder. After being filtered, the clean air is heated and then blown into the bottom of the fluidized bed by a blower, where it contacts the solid material through a distribution plate, forming a fluidized state for heat and mass transfer between gas and solid. After drying, the material is discharged through the discharge port, and the waste gas is exhausted from the top of the boiling bed, passing through a cyclone separator and a bag dust collector to recover the solid powder before being vented.
