Product Introduction
Demulsifier is an inorganic polymer graft copolymer with a high molecular weight and unique chemical structure; when dissolved in water, it simultaneously exerts adsorption bridging between particles and electro-neutralizing effects, separating and precipitating emulsified oil and colloidal matter in wastewater. It achieves oil removal, decolorization, and COD reduction in a single step. The product boasts excellent performance, rapid demulsification speed, the ability to remove oil colloids, large flocs in water, quick sedimentation, a decolorization rate over 90%, high COD removal efficiency, and minimal sludge generation.
Product operation is simple, requiring no repetitive acid-base adjustments, directly streamlining the treatment process and enhancing efficiency. Previous oil-containing wastewater treatment processes often lead to microbial poisoning in the downstream biochemical treatment, but this product can completely avoid such issues of biological poisoning.
Applicable Fields: Waste water treatment for industries such as petrochemical, coal chemical, coking, iron and steel, hardware, machinery processing, and daily chemical.
