Mentougou Sludge Cleaning Plan - Experienced and Detailed Content
The sludge cleaning is necessary as it affects the normal operation of flood prevention, drainage, irrigation, water supply, and navigation. To restore the normal function of waterways and promote the rapid and sustained economic and social development, a sludge cleaning project is carried out. This project makes the waterway deeper and wider through treatment, clears the river, and significantly improves the production conditions and living environment of the people, achieving the goal of "clear water, smooth river, green banks, and beautiful scenery."
The working principle of sludge cleaning: As the hinge shaft at one end of the buffer plate is set in hinge hole one, and the hinge shaft at the other end of the buffer plate is set in hinge hole two, under the action of the adjustment mechanism, the buffer plate can tilt to the left or right. It acts as a buffer medium for sludge sedimentation. When the buffer plate is vertical, sludge on the plate can be treated. Then, with the action of cylinder one and cylinder two, the slider one slides on guide rail one, and the slider two slides on guide rail two, pushing the installation rod to move and sliding the cleaning mechanism sequentially above the buffer plate. Under the action of the cleaning mechanism, each buffer plate is cleaned.
Steps and Solutions for Cleaning Sludge
Before cleaning the sewage sedimentation pond, first close the valve at the water intake of the pool.
2. Then, pump out the wastewater from the surface of the sedimentation tank. Be mindful of whether the wastewater is harmful to humans. If it's harmless, it can be directly discharged into the sewage pipeline. If harmful, please filter it before discharge.
3. Most sewage ponds and sedimentation tanks are enclosed spaces. Therefore, from a safety standpoint, construction personnel should use ventilation equipment in advance to ensure proper ventilation before descending for work. Note that only trained personnel with certification for enclosed space operations are allowed to enter the sewage sedimentation tanks.
4. Dilute sludge in wastewater ponds and sedimentation basins; much of the sludge in these ponds and basins has been accumulating over the years. Prolonged accumulation requires the use of high-pressure washing vehicles to flush and dilute the sludge.
5. After diluting the sludge in the wastewater pond and sedimentation tank, place the vacuum cleaning vehicle's suction hose into the sludge and silt, then use the powerful suction of the vacuum truck to remove the sludge.
6. Sludge and sediment, after being dehydrated and compressed by a vacuum truck, are packed in ton bags and placed in designated areas to dry. Subsequently, they are collected by a waste treatment unit for processing to prevent secondary environmental pollution.
7. As the sludge and sediment from the wastewater pond are being pumped up, we will use our high-pressure washing trucks again to repeatedly rinse the surrounding walls of the sedimentation pond. Continue until it's clean, then pump up the sediment from the bottom of the pond to dewater and solidify it.
8. After cleaning the walls of the sewage sedimentation pond, the construction is nearly complete. We must then use a high-pressure cleaning vehicle to thoroughly clean the ground around the pond, ensuring no contamination remains. This marks the completion of the sewage sedimentation pond's cleaning work.
The higher the污泥 removal, the more residual sludge needs to be treated. Unless land treatment or sewage lagoon treatment is used for wastewater, general污泥 removal must be equipped with sludge treatment facilities. For modern污泥 removal, the treatment and disposal of sludge has become a more complex and costly part of the wastewater treatment system operation.
Sediment removal is essential as sludge originates from a wide range of sources. During the treatment of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage, a significant amount of solid suspended matter is produced, collectively referred to as sludge. Sludge consists not only of suspended matter retained during natural sedimentation but also of suspended matter formed from the conversion of dissolved substances after wastewater treatment. In the pipeline network, sludge is also collected in the drainage system; it includes silt from rivers and lakes; and it comes from various industrial production processes, including solids mixed with water, oil, and chemical pollutants.
