Fangshan District Sewage Pumping Service - Comprehensive and Attentive
The main components of the wastewater treatment pond include sedimentation tanks, oxidation tanks, regulating tanks, and sludge ponds. The sludge primarily consists of hawthorn, settled sludge, and biological sludge. Timely sludge removal is a crucial task in the operation and management of wastewater treatment ponds. The sedimentation tanks in the treatment process contain a significant amount of sludge, much of which is harmful. If not removed promptly, anaerobic fermentation can occur, causing sludge to float to the surface, disrupting the normal operation of the sedimentation tank and deteriorating the quality of the effluent water. Initial sedimentation also contains pathogens and heavy metal compounds. When partial pumping of wastewater is not complete, the pond should be stopped (emptied) and manually flushed to clear the sludge. For sedimentation tanks with mechanical sludge removal, the maintenance and management of the sludge removal equipment should be strengthened. In case of mechanical failure, repairs should be made promptly to avoid excessive sludge accumulation at the bottom of the pond, which can affect the quality of the effluent water.
Wastewater Pond Cleaning Construction Plan
1. Close the wastewater sump inlet valve to cut off the water supply, address the temporary drainage issue during construction, and affix signage.
2. The sewage pond is an enclosed space. For safety reasons, we have pre-arranged ventilation measures to ensure safety.
Drain the wastewater from the sump.
4. Dilute sludge. Use a high-pressure pump to dilute the sludge. Clean the bottom sediment and debris in the pool.
5. Rinse with clean water until thoroughly clean, then promptly remove.
6. Prior to diluting sludge, repeatedly flush with a vacuum truck. Once the sludge is diluted, activate the sludge extraction equipment. The sludge is then suctioned through pipes and placed into a prepared slurry truck for removal. Prevent secondary pollution to the environment.
7. Resume use of the wastewater pond and inspect related equipment and valves for proper functioning.
Wastewater Pool Cleaning Construction Plan:
One, Construction Phase Division: Due to the large area of the sewage pool, it is divided into 3 phases for cleaning according to the project requirements for the sewage pool cleaning. The sewage in the pool is suctioned and transported by vacuum trucks to the wastewater treatment plant for proper treatment, and all the sludge at the bottom is transported externally for landfill disposal.
Two, Cleaning the on-site environmental sanitation: In accordance with relevant regulations on dust prevention and control, to ensure that dust is not generated during the cleaning of the sewage pond, a new dirt road has been newly opened on the vacant land in the factory area, bypassing the production workshops, and专人 are responsible for its maintenance.
III. Safety Measures: Establish within the construction area of the sewage pool cleaning, with a dedicated person on guard to prevent factory personnel from entering the construction site and encountering accidents.
Wastewater pond cleaning can be categorized into physical, biological, and chemical methods based on function.
1. Physical Methods: Common methods we use in our daily life for cleaning septic tanks include gravity separation, centrifugal separation, reverse osmosis, and air flotation, etc. Physical methods are simple and cost-effective for treating structures, suitable for towns with large water capacities, strong self-purification capabilities, and low requirements for wastewater treatment. This physical method primarily separates the non-soluble substances in wastewater through physical actions, without altering their chemical properties during the treatment process.
2. Biological Method: This method utilizes the metabolic functions of microorganisms to decompose and oxidize harmful substances dissolved or colloidal in wastewater into stable inorganic matter, thereby achieving the goal of wastewater purification. The treatment degree of the biological method exceeds that of the physical method.
3. Chemical Method: Commonly used methods include coagulation, neutralization, oxidation-reduction, and ion exchange. As the name implies, these are methods that utilize chemical reactions to treat or recover dissolved or colloidal substances in wastewater. This type of chemical treatment is often used for industrial wastewater. While chemical treatment offers effective results, it is costly and is typically used as a follow-up to biological treatment to further improve the quality of the effluent.
Currently, the resource utilization of wastewater in our country is still in the initial stage, with insufficient and unbalanced development, a low overall utilization level, and a significant gap from the requirements of building a beautiful China. Additionally, there are issues such as incomplete standards, inadequate policies, and the need for further improvement in technical and equipment levels.
Our company adheres to the standards of "green, environmental protection, and energy-saving," and upholds the development philosophy of "promoting technological progress through technological innovation and winning the market and customers with product innovation."
