Construction Process:
I. Initial Contact and Negotiation
Firstly, our company's design process requires confirming the renovation requirements with the client, conducting on-site inspections, analyses, and communications. Following this, we provide engineering quotes, confirm materials, calculate costs, and draft a project schedule before signing the renovation contract.
II. Preparation Phase
Purchase engineering all risks insurance, fire report approval, property procedures, construction permit; engineering analysis, handover meeting signing, construction progress control, project tendering tasks, construction signage, safety and civil construction specifications, material procurement.
Section 3: Construction Phase
Site facility inventory, protection of common area corridors, on-site photo documentation, weekly updates of construction progress on the electronic construction management system "Project Online," material acceptance, safe and civil construction, project acceptance.
IV. Completion Stage
Construction Completion Inspection (Internal, Property, Client), Project Final Payment Settlement, Property Deposit Refund, Completion Audit, Document Archiving.
V. After-Sales Service Phase
