Construction Process:
I. Initial Contact and Negotiation
Firstly, our company's design process requires confirming the decoration needs with the client, conducting on-site surveys, analysis, and communication. Following this, we provide engineering quotes, confirm materials, calculate costs, create an engineering schedule, and sign the decoration project contract.
II. Preparation Phase
Purchase engineering all risks insurance, fire reporting and approval, property procedures, construction permit; engineering analysis, handover signing, construction progress control, project tendering tasks, construction signboards, safety and civilization construction specifications, material procurement.
Section 3: Construction Phase
Site facility inventory, protection of public walkways, on-site photography for record, "Project Online" electronic construction management system updates construction progress weekly, material acceptance, safe and civil construction, and project acceptance.
Section 4: Completion Stage
Project Completion and Final Inspection (Internal, Property, and Client Acceptance), Final Payment Settlement, Security Deposit Refund, Completion Audit, Documentation Archiving.
Section 5: After-Sales Service Phase
Establish post-sales records and provide after-sales service. Once the project is completed, the after-sales service period begins.
