Construction Process:
I. Initial Contact and Negotiation
Firstly, our company's process involves confirming the decoration requirements with the client, conducting on-site inspections, analyses, and communications. Following this, we provide engineering quotes, confirm materials, calculate costs, draft a project timeline, and then sign the decoration engineering contract.
II. Preparation Phase
Procure engineering all risks insurance, fire safety permit review, property procedures, and construction permits; engineering analysis, briefing meeting signatures, construction progress control, project bidding tasks, construction signboards, safety and civil construction standards, material procurement.
Section 3: Construction Phase
Construction site inventory, protection of public walkways, on-site photo documentation, weekly updates on construction progress in the electronic construction management system "Project Online," material inspections, safe and civil construction, and project acceptance.
IV. Completion Phase
Project Completion and Handover (Internal, Property, and Client Acceptance), Final Payment Settlement, Property Deposit Refund, Completion Audit, Document Archiving.
V. After-Sales Service Phase
Establish after-sales files, provide after-sales service. Once completed, enter the after-sales service period. Should you encounter any issues with renovation projects during use, please contact us to arrange for relevant after-sales repairs.
