Construction Process:
I. Initial Contact and Negotiation
Firstly, our company's design process requires confirming the renovation requirements with the client, conducting on-site surveys, analyses, and communications. Following this, we provide engineering quotes, confirm materials, calculate costs, create a project timeline, and sign the renovation contract.
II. Preparation Phase
Purchase engineering all risks insurance, fire report and approval, property procedures, construction permit; engineering analysis, handover meeting, construction progress control, project contracting tasks, construction signboards, safety and civilized construction specifications, material procurement.
Section 3: Construction Phase
Site facility inventory, public area corridor protection, on-site photo documentation, "Project Online" electronic construction management system weekly updates on construction progress, material inspection, safe and civil construction, project acceptance.
IV. Completion Stage
Construction Completion and Handover (Internal, Property, Party A Acceptance), Final Payment Settlement, Property Deposit Refund, Completion Audit, Document Archiving.
Section V: After-Sales Service Phase
Establish post-sales records, provide after-sales service. After completion, enter the after-sales service period. If you encounter any issues with renovation projects during use, please contact us to arrange for relevant after-sales maintenance.
