Construction Process:
I. Initial Contact and Negotiation
Firstly, our company's design process requires confirming the renovation requirements with the client, conducting on-site inspections, analysis, and communication. Following this, we provide engineering quotes, confirm materials, calculate costs, create a project schedule, and sign the renovation contract.
II. Preparation Phase
Purchase engineering all risks insurance, fire permit review, property procedures, construction permit; engineering analysis, kick-off meeting signing, construction progress control, project tendering tasks, construction signage, safety and civil construction specifications, material procurement.
Section 3: Construction Phase
Site facility inventory, protection of public walkways, on-site photography for record, "Project Online" electronic construction management system updates progress weekly, material inspection, safe and civil construction, project acceptance.
IV. Completion Stage
Project Completion and Handover (Internal, Property, Client), Final Payment Settlement, Property Deposit Refund, Completion Audit, Document Archiving.
Section V: After-Sales Service Phase
