Construction Process:
Initial Contact and Negotiation
Firstly, our design process requires confirming the renovation requirements with the client, conducting on-site inspections, analyses, and communications. Following this, we provide engineering quotes, confirm materials, calculate costs, and establish a project timeline before signing the renovation contract.
Section II: Preparation Phase
Purchase engineering all-risk insurance, fire reporting and approval, property procedures, construction permit; engineering analysis, handover signing, construction progress control, project contracting tasks, construction signage, safety and civilized construction specifications, material procurement.
Section 3: Construction Phase
Site facilities inventory, public area corridor protection, on-site photography for record, "Project Online" electronic construction management system weekly updates on construction progress, material inspection, safe and civil construction, project acceptance.
Section 4: Completion Stage
Construction Completion Inspection (Internal, Property, Client), Project Final Payment Settlement, Property Deposit Refund, Completion Audit, Document Archiving.
V. After-Sales Service Phase
Establish post-sales records and provide after-sales service. Once the project is completed, the after-sales service period begins.
