Magnetic Reactor VesselThe core component is a strong magnetic coupling stirrer, a drive mechanism using permanent magnet materials for strong magnetic coupling stirring. It completely resolves the failure and leakage issues of mechanical and packing gland seals. The internal and external magnetic steel form two powerful permanent magnets, which self-align and act on the axial rotation traction of the motor reducer, driving the external magnetic steel. The strong magnetic force of the external magnetic steel passes through the stainless steel-sealed housing, self-aligning and coupling with the internal magnetic steel. The internal magnetic steel drives the shaft and stirrer to complete the static seal stirring process. The sealed housing,釜盖,釜体, and the fastening joints form a static seal cavity, ensuring that the reaction medium is completely in a static seal state, with no leakage, contamination, or personal hazards.
