Roller dryer working principle:
Materials enter the inner layer of the rotating drum through the feeding device, achieving a downstream drying process. Under the scrapers in the inner layer, the material is continuously lifted and scattered in a helical motion for heat exchange. The material moves to the opposite end of the inner layer and enters the middle layer for counter-current drying. In the middle layer, the material is repeatedly lifted and moved in a two-steps-forward-one-step-back pattern. The material in the middle layer absorbs heat from both the inner and middle drum, thereby extending the drying time and achieving optimal drying conditions. As the material reaches the other end of the middle layer, it falls into the outer layer, where it moves in a rectangular multi-loop pattern within the drum. Material that has reached the desired dryness is rapidly propelled out of the drum by the hot air. Wet material that has not achieved dryness cannot move quickly due to its weight. It is here, within the rectangular scraper, that the material undergoes complete drying, thereby completing the drying process.
Tumble dryer features:
1. Suitable for various material drying operations, and can reasonably adjust machine parameters based on the moisture content and properties of the material, making the drying more targeted and of higher quality.
2. Convection drying method, with heat carrier entering at high temperature and exiting at low temperature, reasonable.
3. Excellent high-temperature resistance. Therefore, it can be used to quickly dry materials with less stringent drying requirements using high-temperature hot air, resulting in low fuel consumption and drying costs.
