Mold Design:
We can independently complete medium to high difficulty injection molds, metal molds, silicone molds, die-casting molds... Provide mold quotations, dismantling reports, 2D layouts, 3D parting, toolpath programming, electrode dismantling, assembly drawings, and component drawings. A complete set of molds follows the actual factory process, is proficient in full 3D parting and drafting, and is familiar with HASCO, DMEMISUMI, and other export mold design standards. Graduates can become familiar with the factory design procedures and achieve 2-3 years of mold design experience, learning the process and methods of injection mold design.

Numerical Control Programming:
We offer services with Mitsubishi M70, Guangzhou Nuoxin System, and Xinda System, equipped with high-speed CNC machining centers with tool magazines. Our mold CNC machining workshop accepts external orders, providing students with an ideal production internship. The workshop is located nearby, featuring on-site实物 teaching for machine tools, cutting tools, clamps, gauges, etc. Our instructors are aged between 40-60, with a stable team. We guarantee technical strength, teaching, and job placement. Students' programmed codes are checked by teachers before being scheduled for machine processing to verify the rationality of the program and process. Practical teaching is implemented, and if a student doesn't master the course in the first session, they can attend the next session for free until they learn it!
