One: The Construction Welder Certificate is primarily applicable to electrical welding operations in the construction industry, including work by welders in residential construction, municipal engineering, public utilities, and other related fields. The Construction Welder Certificate is a key to entering the construction industry. With extensive experience and continuously improving skills, welders can advance to positions such as Welding Supervisor and Welding Engineer, taking on more senior roles and responsibilities. To become a qualified construction welder, one must pass a series of exams and training to obtain the Construction Welder Certificate.
2: During actual operation of welding work on construction sites, when moving a welding machine, it must first be turned off and the power disconnected; it is not allowed to move the welding machine by dragging the cables. In case of a sudden power outage during welding, the power supply should be cut off immediately. It is strictly prohibited to perform welding on containers or pipelines under pressure, or on electrically charged equipment, as the power supply must be cut off first. When welding inside a container, the container must be reliably grounded, well-ventilated, and it is strictly forbidden to supply oxygen into the container. When multiple welding machines are used together for welding, the welding platform or workpiece must be grounded, and measures to block light should be in place. It is strictly prohibited to wrap wires around oneself or to smoke by striking a spark with a welding rod. When striking an arc, the personnel involved should be notified to clear the area.
III: Welder Assessment Regulations: Candidates must attend in person. The exam is全程 face recognition with real-time video surveillance. A simulation exam feature is also provided. Offline training sessions are scheduled with on-site instructors explaining practical skills and exam precautions. The theoretical knowledge computer section is 100 points, with a passing score of 60; the practical skills section is 100 points, with a passing score of 70 (including 50 points for computer images and 50 points for actual operation). The exam must be completed on the same day; successful candidates will be registered within 7 working days. Weekly classes are offered with two attempts on the exam day. Those who fail the exam can retake it for free on the next attempt. Building welders require a复审 every 2 years, and must enroll in training 90 days before the复审 date. Participants must take a theoretical exam; qualified students can check their results on the National Housing and Urban-Rural Development Ministry's platform website.
