Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design and Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming training, taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience. The studio follows a mentor-apprentice approach, offering hands-on teaching to impart the latest and most practical technologies that meet industry needs. Our goal is to build a high-quality mold training brand and provide superior resources for the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you're interested and willing to work hard, it's possible! There's a saying: "Learning has no先后, but the accomplished come first." With a good training institution and a qualified teacher to guide you, and through in-depth and systematic study, mold design is an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to studying mold design? As the "Mother of Industry," molds have vast development potential. It can be said that as long as there are products, there will be molds, and as long as there are molds, there will be mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the improvement of technology and management, China's mold industry has developed rapidly in recent years, especially in the fields of automotive molds and export molds. The demand for talent is increasing, with a shortage of several hundred thousand mold design professionals in the Pearl River Delta alone. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month yet still struggling to find suitable talent! Currently, the starting salary for mold designers from basic training is generally above 6,000 yuan, and after one year of work, the average salary is around 8,000 yuan. After three years, the salary is typically over 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of studying mold design! As long as you maintain your work abilities, you will never be unemployed in your lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can you master mold design just by learning a couple of software programs? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today, in reality, focus mainly on basic software operations and lack industry technical knowledge—misleading students! Our studio is led by engineers with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Can you name several training schools that hire instructors with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors are exactly equipped with the three essential skills for mold design: a. Mold mechanism, b. Software operation, c. Machining process.
2. Our studio operates through a mentor-apprentice approach. Large training schools often have dozens, if not hundreds, of students, but how many can a teacher really attend to? Moreover, teachers are hired from outside; will they take the time to impart heart-to-heart teaching to you?
Are you still struggling to learn technology? Are you still working on the assembly line in a repetitive, mechanical manner? Are you still slogging through books, building your own solutions in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money on futile efforts. Open a design training studio to provide you with such a great learning opportunity and environment — you definitely don't want to miss out!
Eligible Applicants: Aspiring youth with at least junior or senior high school education, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold setters, and technical college graduates.

Class Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, fundamental mold knowledge, processing techniques, basic steps for drawing assembly diagrams, and applications of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. Explanation of 3D software commands, product shaping, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standards, and application of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, sliding cores, runners, toothings, N-parting, etc.), demolding steps, product rational modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. Provide CAD and UG drawings for mold components, and prepare a BOM for 0 piece order.
5. Comprehensive intensive training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with teachers organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Settings (UG Sketch Example Explanation) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Explanation 8. Assembly and Automated Parting
Section 2: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module
1. Face Milling: Know the application of face milling, cutting methods, and the setting of main parameters, and master them.
2. Planer Milling: Know the application scenarios, classifications, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the setting of main parameters and mastery.
3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing out workpieces, learn to choose the right tool rationally when the workpiece sizes vary. Cavity milling typically uses a following-around-the-perimeter cutting method, with the setting and mastery of key parameters.
4. Re-clearing the angles with the cavity milling: Primarily focuses on processing the excess material left after the roughing with the upper tool; setting and mastering the main parameters.
5. Equal contour milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-angle at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation, and combined with topic exercises.
6. Curved Surface Milling: Commonly used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically with ball-end mills. Focuses on setting and mastering key parameters, with example problems and exercises related to the topic.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.
Section 3: Factory Case Study:
1. Electrode Processing: Through multiple electrode examples, practice, and mastery, understand the electrode processing process and fixture installation. Pay attention to the key points for processing special electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Mold Frame Processing: Proficient in mold frame processing techniques, experienced in handling large-scale mold frames.
3. Mold Core Machining: Understanding common mold core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of excess material before heat treatment for mold cores, and precautions when machining the mating surfaces of the front and back mold cores.
4. Full Mold Machining: Mastering the precautions during the full mold machining process, integrating the common processing flow of the factory and the department's processing flow.
5. Product Processing:工艺precautions and parameter settings during product processing.

Completing the learning content in this phase, which is approximately three months of full-time instruction, will allow you to become very familiar with the factory's operational processes and equip you with the experience of 2-3 years. You'll be ready to independently perform the role of a mold design programmer. As the saying goes, 'Being rich is not as good as having a skill in hand.' Three months of study will undoubtedly benefit you for a lifetime.
