One: The Welder's Certificate for Construction is primarily applicable to electrical welding operations in the construction industry, including work for residential construction, municipal engineering, and public utilities. The Construction Welder's Certificate is a key to entering the construction industry. With extensive experience and continuously improving skills, welders can advance to positions such as Welding Supervisor and Welding Engineer, taking on higher-level responsibilities. To become a qualified construction welder, one must pass a series of exams and training to obtain the Construction Welder's Certificate.
Two: During the actual operation of an electric welder, the machine should be turned off and the power disconnected before moving it; do not drag the cable to move the welder. In case of a sudden power outage during welding, the power should be cut off immediately. It is strictly forbidden to weld on containers or pipes under pressure, or on electrically powered equipment; the power must be cut off first. When welding inside a container, the container must be properly grounded, well-ventilated, and it is strictly forbidden to supply oxygen into the container. When multiple welders are working together, the welding platform or workpiece must be grounded, and light shielding measures must be taken. It is strictly forbidden to wrap the wire around the body or use welding rods to ignite and smoke. When striking an arc, the personnel involved should be notified to clear the way.
III: Welder Assessment Regulations: Attendance by the individual is mandatory. The entire exam is monitored through facial recognition and accompanied by real-time video surveillance. A simulation test function is also provided. Offline training sessions are scheduled, with instructors on-site explaining practical skills and exam precautions. The theoretical knowledge computer section is a 100-point exam with a passing score of 60, and the practical skills section is a 100-point exam with a passing score of 70 (50 points for computer images and 50 points for actual operation). The exam is completed on the same day, and after passing, candidates can be registered within 7 working days. Exams are held on a rolling basis every week, with two attempts per exam day. Those who fail the exam can retake it for free in the next session. Building welders require a复审 every 2 years, and must enroll in training 90 days before the复审 date. Participants must take a theoretical exam, and qualified students can check their results on the National Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's platform website.
