Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design & CNC Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming training. Taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience, the studio offers hands-on, apprentice-style teaching to impart the latest and most practical techniques, aligning with industry needs. Our aim is to establish a high-quality mold training brand and provide superior resources to the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you're interested and willing to work hard, it's possible! There's a saying: "Learning has no fixed order, but those who achieve are the first." With a good training institution and a skilled teacher to guide you, and through in-depth and systematic study, mold design can be an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to learning mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds offer vast development prospects. It can be said that as long as there are products, there are molds, and as long as there are molds, there is a need for mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the improvement of technology and management in recent years, China's mold industry has developed rapidly, particularly in the areas of automotive molds and export molds, with an increasing demand for talents. In the Pearl River Delta alone, the gap for mold design professionals reaches several hundred thousand. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month but still struggle to find suitable candidates. Now, mold designers with basic training can earn more than 6,000 yuan per month, and after a year, their salaries typically reach around 8,000 yuan. After three years, the salary is generally over 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of learning mold design! As long as you maintain your work abilities, you will never be unemployed in this lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can you master mold design just by learning a couple of software programs? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today, in fact, focus primarily on basic software operations, lacking industry-specific technical knowledge!误导学生!Our studio is led by engineers with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Ask yourself, how many training schools would hire instructors with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors possess the three essential skills for mold design: a. Mold mechanism, b. Software operation, c. Machining technology.
2. Our studio operates through a master-apprentice system. Large training schools can have dozens, even hundreds of students, but how many can a teacher really attend to? Moreover, teachers are usually hired, would they be willing to impart heart-to-heart teaching to you?
Are you still struggling to learn technology? Are you still working on the assembly line in a repetitive, mechanical manner? Are you still studying books, creating in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money on futile endeavors. Open a design training studio to create such a great learning opportunity and environment for you – you definitely don't want to miss out!
Eligible Candidates: Aspiring youth with high school or above education, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold setters, and graduates from technical schools.

Class Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, fundamental mold knowledge, machining processes, basic steps for drawing assembly diagrams, and applications of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. 3D software command tutorials, product shaping, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standard explanations, and applications of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, tilting cores, sliding cores, thread forming, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, product reasonable modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. CAD and UG mold component drawings provided, with BOM sheet for 0 pieces ordered.
5. Comprehensive intensive training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with teachers organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Settings (with UG Sketch Examples) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Instance Demonstrations 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Explanations 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding Partitioning
Section II: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module
1. Face Milling: Know the applications, cutting methods, and main parameter settings of face milling.
2. Planer Milling: Understand the application scenarios, classifications, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the settings of main parameters and master them.
3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing out workpieces, learn to reasonably select tools when the workpiece sizes vary. Cavity milling generally employs a cutting path that follows the periphery, with emphasis on setting and mastering the main parameters.
4. Re-clearing corners with cavity milling: Mainly for processing the excess material left after rough cutting with the upper tool; setting and mastering of main parameters.
5. Equal contour milling: commonly used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting the cutting tool, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation, and combined with topic exercises.
6. Curved Surface Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically employing ball-end mills for curved surface milling. Focuses on setting and mastering key parameters, with example problems and exercises related to the topic.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.
Section 3: Factory Examples:
1. Electrode Processing: Through multiple electrode examples and practice, master the processing and clamping procedures for electrodes, and pay attention to specific points during the processing of special electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Molding Frame Processing: Proficient in molding frame processing techniques, experienced in handling oversized molding frames.
3. Mold Core Machining: Understanding of common mold core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance before heat treatment for mold cores, and precautions during the machining of mating surfaces for front and rear mold cores.
4. Full Mold Machining: Mastering the precautions during full mold machining, combining the common processing flow of factory molds and the processing department's flow.
5. Product Processing: Attention to process and parameter settings during product processing.

The above learning content can be completed in approximately three months of full-time instruction. Upon completing our course, you will be very familiar with the factory's operational procedures and possess 2-3 years of work experience, enabling you to independently perform the role of a mold designer and programmer. As the saying goes, "It's better to have one skill in hand than to be rich," and three months of study will undoubtedly benefit you for a lifetime.
