1. Obtain a CPP certification

Fill out the "Certification Application Form"→ Qualification Review → Attend Certification Exam → Pass Exam → Obtain a professional purchasing personnel (CPP&CPPM) certificate in both English and Chinese, issued and registered by the American Purchasing Society (APS) and approved by the China Human Resources and Social Security Ministry's Vocational Skills Appraisal Center.
CPPM is the only international procurement qualification certification currently approved and registered by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China.
