Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design & CNC Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio dedicated to mold design and CNC programming training. Taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience, the studio follows a mentor-apprentice approach with hands-on instruction. It aims to meet industry needs by imparting the latest and most practical techniques, striving to become a high-quality mold training brand and providing resources to the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you have the interest and are willing to work hard, it's possible! There's a saying: "Learning has no fixed order; those who achieve are the first." If you find a good training institution and have a good teacher to guide you, and engage in in-depth and systematic study, mold design is an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to studying mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds have a vast development space. It can be said that as long as there are products, there are molds, and as long as there are molds, there is a need for mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the improvement of technology and management in recent years, the mold industry in our country has developed rapidly, especially in the fields of automotive molds and export molds, which is particularly significant. The demand for talents is ever-increasing; in the Pearl River Delta region alone, there is a shortage of several hundred thousand mold designers. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month but still can't find suitable candidates! Currently, the starting salary for mold designers from regular training is generally above 6,000 yuan, and after one year of work, most can earn around 8,000 yuan per month. After three years, the salary is generally above 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of studying mold design! As long as you have the ability to work, you will never be unemployed in your lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can learning one or two software programs make you proficient in mold design? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today, in fact, focus mainly on basic software operations, lacking understanding of the industry's technology!误导学生!Our studio is led by an engineer with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Ask yourself, how many training schools would hire an instructor with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors precisely possess the three essential skills for mold design: a. Mold mechanism, b. Software operation, c. Machining process.
2. Our studio operates through a master-apprentice system. Large training schools often have dozens, if not hundreds, of students, and how many can a teacher realistically attend to? Moreover, teachers are usually hired from outside; will they take the time to nurture you with heart and soul?
Are you still struggling to learn a new skill? Are you working on an assembly line, performing repetitive, mechanical tasks? Are you still slogging through textbooks, building your own solutions in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money! Open a design training studio to create such a great learning opportunity and environment. You definitely don't want to miss out!
Eligible Candidates: Aspiring youth, individuals with junior or senior high school education or above, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold fitters, etc., as well as graduates from technical colleges...

Course Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, fundamental mold knowledge, machining processes, basic steps for drawing assembly diagrams, and applications of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. 3D software command explanation, product design, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standard explanation, and application of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold structure explanation (mold types, tilting cores, moving parts, pinching, N-time demolding, etc.), demolding steps, rational product modifications, product demolding surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. Provide CAD and UG mold component drawings; compile BOM for 0-piece order.
5. Comprehensive intensive training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with instructors organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (with UG Sketch Examples) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Instance Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Instruction 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding Partition
Section II: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module
1. Surface Milling: Familiar with the applications, cutting methods, and main parameter settings of surface milling
2. Planer Milling: Know the application, classification, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the setting of main parameters and mastery
3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing out workpieces, learn to reasonably select tools when the workpiece sizes vary. Cavity milling typically employs a cutting path that follows the perimeter, with focus on setting and mastering the main parameters.
4. Re-clearing angles with the mold milling: Primarily focuses on processing the leftover stock after the initial roughing with the upper tool; setting and mastering the main parameters.
5. Equal contour milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-angle at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation, and combined with topic exercises.
6. Surface Milling: Commonly used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, usually ball-end mills are chosen for surface milling. Focus on the setting and mastery of main parameters, with example problems explained and combined with practical exercises.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

III. Factory Case Studies:
1. Electrode Processing: Gain proficiency through multiple electrode instance demonstrations and practice, mastering the electrode processing and fixture procedures. Pay attention to special considerations for processing electrodes such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Mold Frame Processing: Proficient in mold frame processing techniques, experienced in handling large-scale mold frame processing.
3. Mold Core Machining: Understanding common mold core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance before roughing of cores requiring heat treatment, and precautions when machining the mating surfaces of the front and back mold cores.
4. Comprehensive Mold Machining: Mastering the key points to consider during the entire mold machining process, integrating the common processing flow of the factory and the department's processing procedures.
5. Product Processing: Craft considerations and parameter settings during product processing.

The above learning content can be completed in approximately three months of full-time instruction. Upon completing our course, you will be very familiar with the factory's operational processes and possess the experience equivalent to 2-3 years. You will be able to independently perform the role of a mold design programmer. As the saying goes, 'Being rich is not as good as having a skill in hand.' Three months of study will surely benefit you for a lifetime.
