Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design & CNC Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio dedicated to mold design and CNC programming. Taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience, it offers mentorship-style, hands-on training that meets industry needs by conveying the latest and most practical techniques. Our aim is to build a high-quality mold training brand and provide resources to the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you have an interest and are willing to work hard, it's possible! There's this saying: "In learning, those who reach their goals first are not necessarily those who start early." With a good training institution and a qualified teacher to guide you, and by studying deeply and systematically, mold design can also be an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to studying mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds have a vast development space. It can be said that as long as there are products, there are molds, and as long as there are molds, there is a need for mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the improvement of technology and management in recent years, the mold industry in our country has developed rapidly, especially in the fields of automotive molds and export molds, which is particularly evident. The demand for talents is ever-increasing; in the Pearl River Delta region alone, there is a shortage of several hundred thousand mold design professionals. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month and still can't find suitable candidates! Now, the starting salary for mold designers from ordinary training is generally above 6,000 yuan, and after one year of work, the average salary is around 8,000 yuan. After three years, the salary is generally above 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of studying mold design! As long as you maintain your work ability, you will never be unemployed in your lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can you master mold design just by learning a few software programs? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today mainly focus on basic software operations, lacking understanding of the industry's technology—misleading students! Our studio is led by an engineer with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Can you name several training schools that would hire instructors with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors possess the three essential skills for mold design: a. Mold mechanism, b. Software operation, c. Machining technology;
2. Our studio operates through a master-apprentice system. Large training schools often have dozens, if not hundreds, of students, but how many can a teacher really attend to? Moreover, teachers are usually hired from outside; will they take the time to impart heart-to-heart teaching to you?
Are you still struggling to learn technology? Are you still working on the assembly line in a repetitive, mechanical manner? Are you still studying books, building your own solutions in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money on futile efforts. Open a design training studio to create such a great learning opportunity and environment for you – you definitely shouldn't miss it!
Eligible Applicants: Aspiring youth with high school or above education, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold setters, etc., as well as graduates from technical schools...

Class Schedule
UG Mold Design Stage Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, fundamental mold knowledge, machining processes, basic steps for drawing assembly diagrams, and applications of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. Explanation of 3D software commands, product shaping, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standard explanation, and application of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, slide cores, ejectors, thread forming, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, product rational modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. Provide CAD assembly drawings and UG assembly drawings; prepare BOM with 0 piece order.
5. Comprehensive intensive training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with teachers organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Instruction 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding Partition
Section II: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module
1. Surface Milling: Familiar with the applications, cutting methods, and main parameter settings of surface milling.
2. Planer Milling: Know the application scenarios, classifications, cutting methods for different workpieces, main parameter settings, and mastery
3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing work on parts. Learn to choose the right tool rationally when the part sizes vary. Cavity milling typically uses a cutting path that follows the perimeter, with emphasis on setting and mastering the main parameters.
4. Reshape pockets with profiling milling: Primarily for processing the excess material left after the roughing with the first tool; setting and mastering the main parameters.
5. Equal Contour Milling: Often used for precise finishing of workpiece sides, the selection of the tool should be based on the size of the R-angle at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation, and combined with topic exercises.
6. Contour Milling: Commonly used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, usually selecting ball-end mills for contour milling. Main parameter settings and control, example explanations, and combined with topic exercises.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

III. Factory Case Studies:
1. Electrode Processing: Gain proficiency through multiple electrode examples and practice, mastering the electrode processing and fixture procedures. Pay attention to the key points for processing special electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Mold Frame Processing: Proficient in mold frame processing techniques, experienced in handling large-scale mold frames.
3. Molding Core Machining: Understanding of common molding core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance for molding cores requiring heat treatment before roughing, and precautions when machining the mating surfaces of the front and back molding cores.
4. Full Mold Processing: Mastering the precautions during full mold processing, combining the common mold processing procedures of the factory and the processing department.
5. Product Processing: Attention to processing techniques and parameter settings.

The above learning content can be completed in approximately three months of full-time instruction. Upon completing our course, you will be very familiar with the factory's operational procedures and possess the experience equivalent to 2-3 years. You will be able to independently perform the role of a mold design programmer. As the saying goes, 'Being rich is not as good as having a skill in hand.' Three months of learning will undoubtedly benefit you for a lifetime.
