Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design and Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming. Taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience, the studio follows a master-apprentice approach, providing hands-on instruction. It aims to meet industry needs by delivering the latest and most practical technologies, striving to become a high-quality mold training brand and offering resources to the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you have an interest and are willing to work hard, it's possible! There's a saying: "The one who reaches the destination first is not necessarily the one who started first." As long as you find a good training institution and a good teacher to guide you, and study deeply and systematically, mold design is an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to studying mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds have a vast development space. It can be said that as long as there are products, there are molds, and as long as there are molds, there is a need for mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the enhancement of technology and management in recent years, China's mold industry has developed rapidly, especially in the field of automotive molds and export molds, which is particularly evident. The demand for talents is ever-increasing, and the shortage of mold design personnel in the Pearl River Delta alone is several hundred thousand. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month but still can't find suitable talents! Now, the monthly salary for mold designers who have completed basic training is generally above 6,000 yuan, and after one year of work, most can earn around 8,000 yuan. After three years, the salary is generally above 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of studying mold design! As long as you maintain your workability, you will never be unemployed in this lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can you master mold design just by learning one or two software programs? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today mainly focus on basic software operations, lacking understanding of the industry's technology—misleading students! Our studio is led by engineers with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Can you name several training schools that hire instructors with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors possess the three essential skills for mold design: a) mold mechanism, b) software operation, c) machining technology.
2. Our studio operates under the mentor-apprentice system. Large training schools often have dozens, if not hundreds, of students, and how many can a teacher really attend to? Besides, teachers are usually hired, would they be inclined to impart heart-to-heart teaching to you?
Are you still struggling to learn technology? Are you still working on the assembly line, performing repetitive, mechanical tasks? Are you still studying books, developing in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money on futile efforts. Open a design training studio to provide you with such a great learning opportunity and environment – you definitely don't want to miss out!
Eligible Candidates: Aspiring youth with high school or higher education, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold setters, etc., as well as graduates from technical colleges.

Course Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, fundamental mold knowledge, machining processes, basic steps for assembly drawing, and applications of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. 3D software command explanation, product design, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standard explanation, and application of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, tilting cores, sliding blocks, thread forming, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, product rational modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. Provide CAD drawings for mold components and UG drawings for mold components; prepare BOM with 0 pieces for ordering.
5. Comprehensive reinforcement training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with instructors organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Settings (with UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Demonstrations 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Explanation 8. Assembly and Automatic Parting
II. Basic Application of UG Machining Module:
1. Surface Milling: Be aware of the application scenarios, cutting methods, and the setup of main parameters for surface milling.
2. Planer Milling: Know the application, classification, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the setting of main parameters and proficiency
3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing out workpieces, learn to select the right tooling for different sizes of workpieces. Cavity milling generally follows the perimeter cutting method, with emphasis on setting and mastering the main parameters.
4. Cavity Milling Reshaping: Mainly for processing the excess material left after the roughing operation with the upper tool; setting and mastering of main parameters.
5. Equal Contour Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable tool based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation, and topic-related exercises.
6. Contour Milling: Commonly used for precision finishing of workpiece contours. Generally, ball-end mills are chosen for contour milling. Main parameter settings and control, example explanations, and topic-related practice exercises.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

Section 3: Factory Case Study:
1. Electrode Processing: Learn and master the electrode processing procedures and clamping techniques through multiple electrode examples and practice. Pay attention to the key points of special electrode processing, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Mold Frame Processing: Proficient in mold frame processing techniques, experienced in handling large-scale mold frames.
