4. Provide CAD mold component drawings, UG mold component drawings, and prepare a BOM list with 0 piece order.

5. Comprehensive enhanced training, where trainees design according to the factory's design process, with the instructor organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:

I. Basic Course:

1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Tutorial 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding

II. Basic Applications of UG Machining Module:

1. Surface Milling: Be aware of the applications, cutting methods, and main parameter settings for surface milling.

2. Planer Milling: Know the application, classification, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the setting of main parameters.

3. Cavity Milling: Often used for roughing out workpieces, learning to choose the right tooling for varying sizes of workpieces. Cavity milling typically uses a following-perimeter cutting approach; mastering the setup and parameters.

4. Reshape mold pockets: Mainly for processing the excess material left after rough cutting with the upper tool; setting and mastering of main parameters.

5. Equal Contour Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable tool based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example problems explained, and combined with topic exercises.

6. Curved Face Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, usually selecting ball-end cutters for curved face milling. Main parameter settings and mastery, with example problems and exercises related to the topic.

7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

III. Factory Case Studies:

1. Electrode Processing: Learn and master the electrode processing and fixture procedures through multiple electrode instance demonstrations and practice. Pay attention to specific points during the processing of special electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.

2. Molding Frame Processing: Proficient in molding frame processing techniques, experienced in handling large-scale molding frames.

3. Mold Core Machining: Understanding of common mold core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance before heat treatment for mold cores, and precautions during the machining of the mating surfaces of the front and back mold cores.

4. Comprehensive Mold Machining: Mastering the precautions for the entire mold machining process, integrating the common processing procedures of the factory and the department's process.

5. Product Processing: Craft-related precautions and parameter settings during product processing.
