3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, tilting cores, slides, thread forming, N-time demolding, etc.), demolding steps, product rational modifications, product demolding surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.

4. Provide CAD drawings for mold loose parts and UG drawings for mold loose parts; compile BOM with 0 piece order.

5. Comprehensive intensive training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with teachers organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:

I. Basic Courses:

1. UG Installation and Interface Settings (UG Sketch Example Explanation) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Explanation 8. Assembly and Automated Parting

II. Basic Applications of UG Machining Module:

1. Face Milling: Be aware of the application scenarios, cutting methods, and key parameter settings for face milling.

2. Flat Milling: Be aware of the applications, classifications, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the setting of main parameters.

3. Cavity Milling: Often used for roughing out workpieces, learn to choose the right tools reasonably when the workpiece sizes vary. Cavity milling typically uses a cutting path that follows the perimeter, with the main parameters settings and mastery.

4. Refine corners with mold milling: Mainly for processing the leftover stock after rough cutting with the upper tool; setting and mastering of main parameters.

5. Level contour milling: Often used for precise finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Key parameter settings and mastery, example explanation, and topic-related practice.

6. Contour Milling: Commonly used for precision finishing of workpiece contours, typically employing ball-end mills for contour milling. Main parameter settings and mastery, with example problems and exercises related to the topic.

7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

Section 3: Factory Examples:

1. Electrode Processing: Through multiple electrode examples, practice, and mastery, understand the electrode processing procedures and fixture installation. Pay attention to the key points for processing special electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.

2. Molding Frame Processing: Proficient in molding frame processing techniques, experienced in handling oversized molding frame processing.

3. Molding Core Machining: Understanding of common molding core materials, knowledge of die heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance before heat treatment for molding cores, and precautions when machining the mating surface of the front and back molding cores.

4. Full Mold Machining: Mastering the precautions for the full mold machining process, integrating the common mold processing flow of the factory and the department's processing flow.

5. Product Processing: Notes on processing techniques and parameter settings.

The above learning content can be completed in approximately three months of full-time instruction. Upon completing our course, you will be very familiar with the factory's operational procedures and possess the experience equivalent to 2-3 years.
