The miniature electric drum is a new type of drive unit that houses both the motor and the reducer inside the drum body. It is primarily used in fixed and mobile belt conveyors, replacing traditional motors and separate drive units with the reducer located outside the driving drum.
Maintenance and care:
1. Replace the coolant oil every 10 days, then every month, and thereafter every three months. For the electric roller, pay attention to lubrication at areas like the motor bearings of the outer packaging roller and the support bracket inside the helical roller, generally adding lubricant monthly and replacing new oil every six months. 2. The one-way clutch on the high-speed shaft of the outer packaging roller is typically lubricated and cooled by the internal cooling oil within the cylinder body. To prevent oil supply issues, a pressure oil cup is installed at the top of the clutch. When the clutch heats up quickly, inject a sufficient amount of oil from the cup for replenishment. Avoid frequent oiling; three to four times a month is recommended, with each session not exceeding 150 grams. The clutch must function as a one-way clutch; otherwise, it is considered damaged. 3. If a micro electric roller leaks oil, inspect two areas: the oil seal for wear or deformation. Worn seals can be corrected by tightening the spring ring at the lip of the seal. For severely worn seals, replace the frame seal promptly. Also, ensure the exhaust passage is not blocked by promptly removing accumulated dust, oil, and debris to maintain clear passage. 4. Regularly checking the oil level inside the roller is a crucial part of routine maintenance. The specified oil level is essential for the roller to operate properly. Check the oil level according to the instructions provided. Adjust and maintain the electrical hydraulic block brake and the maintenance of the hydraulic couplings as per the product's user manual.
