
5A Molecular Sieve Main Application
This sieve utilizes absorption at the molecular level. It can absorb up to 22% of its own weight in water. Its adsorption principle is similar to chromatography, just without altering the molecular composition of the substances. [1]
1. Natural gas drying, desulfurization, and decarbonation.
2. Nitrogen/Oxygen Separation, Nitrogen/Hydrogen Separation, for the production of oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen.
3. Petroleum dewaxing, separating normal paraffins from支烃 and cycloparaffins.
Recycled
1. Dehumidification: Depends on the pressure, temperature, and water content of the regasified air. Generally, dry gas at 200-350℃ is at 0.3-0.5 kg/cm.
Under pressure, the molecular sieve bed is processed for 3 to 4 hours to reach an outlet temperature of 110 to 180°C, then cooled.
2. De-organic: Replace organic matter with steam, then remove the moisture.
Packaging and Storage
Storage: Room temperature, relative humidity not exceeding 90%; avoid direct exposure to air; prevent contact with water, acids, and alkalis.
Packaging: Cardboard drums or boxes.
Note: Avoid exposing molecular sieve directly to the air.
