Compared to other similar products, the Dalian Haixin Chemical Refrigerant Desiccant demonstrates a 22% higher acid removal capability. Additionally, it does not undergo a chemical reaction with the refrigerant, ensuring no impact on the refrigerant's chemical stability.

Low dew point and low wear rate
If the dew point of the refrigerant desiccant is not very low, it is prone to condensation at low temperatures, greatly affecting the refrigeration system; a high wear rate will shorten the lifespan of the refrigerant desiccant and leave residues. However, by using the new process developed independently by Dalian Haixin Chemical, the dew point of the refrigerant desiccant is significantly lower than that of similar products on the market, with a low wear rate, and strong protective capability for the refrigeration system.

High compatibility

01. Used for drying saturated hydrocarbon materials and capable of adsorptionCH3OHEthanol, liuhuaqing, carbon dioxide, etc.

Water accumulation in the automotive braking air system can lead to rusting of metal components, cracking of rubber sealing parts, degradation of lubricating oils, and pipeline clogs, severely affecting driving safety. Using the XH-5 molecular sieve as a desiccant, it can absorb moisture within the system and expel it into the atmosphere, ensuring long-term and effective moisture absorption from compressed air to guarantee safety.

03. Used for separating and purifying gas and liquid components, such as the purification of argon and the preparation of anhydrous ethanol. In the light industry, it is used in papermaking, synthetic rubber, plastics, resins, paint fillers, and quality colors. In the development of energy and the electronics industry, it serves as an adsorption separator and desiccant.
